The feelings you're having right now don’t make you “bad”... they make you human. Everyone has big, messy emotions sometimes, and I’m here to tell you, it’s okay. The trick is to take away the power they have over you and reclaim it for yourself.

I believe the only way to do this is to address the roots of those feelings and reactions. These roots go deeper than you might think, and are entangled not only in our minds, but also our bodies and spirits. We used to think that if you could change your thoughts, everything would get better. Now we know you first must be able to physically calm down before you can even begin to think clearly enough to address and shift your emotions, thoughts and beliefs.

That’s why I am a truly holistic practitioner.

I provide not only a kind and encouraging space to get the things you’ve been carrying for so long off your chest, but also direction and feedback that can help you feel better fast. We’ll use the body-mind connection to our advantage. You’ll learn that when you can pause and calm yourself down, you become empowered to face anything life or your relationships throw at you, and will be able to flourish.
